Chemical Injection
ALLIANCE OF TECH & SCI LLC designs and manufactures high pressure robust chemical injection valves which powers single or multiple point independent or linked injection systems. Injection valves allow operator to inject reagents at desired depths to prevent formation of calcites, asphaltenes/paraffins or gas hydrates.
Injection is critical for maintaining the tubing ID, controlling depositions on tubing walls, keeping the weight of the tubing string within an acceptable range for subsequent retrieving and reducing the impact of corrosion on the tubing, completion tools and accessories.

ATN LLC company designs, manufactures and supplies chemical injection systems to reduce gas hydrates, paraffins and asphaltenes deposits. The system allows you to deliver the reagent to the design depth for the most effective anti-sedimentation.
System consists of:
‣ Mandrel for delivery of the reagent injection valve into the tubing space
‣ Dual check valve
‣ Capillary line running along the tubing string and connected to the valve
‣ Ground pumping station for reagent injection
